Welcome To Vrah.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vrah platform, website, services, and related features (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Vrah, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About Vrah

Vrah is an AI-powered product structuring platform designed to help users transform ideas into structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), sitemaps, wireframes, design systems, interactive prototypes, and production-ready outputs, including Figma exports and frontend code.

Vrah provides two primary workflows:

• Planning Mode – Structured guidance through questions, suggestions, and PRD generation.
• Building Mode – Direct transition from idea input to Final UI creation for faster execution.

2. Eligibility

To use Vrah, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Vrah is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vrah to:

• Generate unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or harmful software
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the system
• Abuse system resources or AI capabilities

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. AI-Generated Content & Limitations

Vrah uses AI to:

• Generate structured PRDs
• Suggest improvements
• Build UI layouts
• Create interactive prototypes
• Produce export-ready assets

While Vrah aims to provide structured and high-quality outputs:

• AI-generated content may require review and refinement
• Users are responsible for validating outputs before implementation
• Vrah does not guarantee business success, legal compliance, or technical completeness

Deep PRD generation may create backend-level structured outputs that enhance implementation clarity but may not be fully visible in user-facing previews.

Vrah offers:

• Free plan with limited credits
• Starter and Pro subscription plans
• Add-on credit purchases

By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Allow automatic renewal (unless canceled before renewal date)
• Understand that unused credits may expire at the end of billing cycles

Pricing and features may change, but active subscribers will be notified of material changes.

8. Plan Downgrades & Cancellation

You may:

• Upgrade at any time
• Downgrade to a lower plan
• Switch to Free plan

If you downgrade:

• Certain features may become restricted
• Credit limits will adjust
• Advanced outputs may no longer be accessible

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

9. Exports & Third-Party Integrations

Vrah may allow exports to:

• Figma
• Code formats (React, HTML, etc.)
• Interactive prototype links

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party platform policies
• Compatibility changes
• Data loss occurring outside Vrah's infrastructure

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of Vrah is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures, but no system is entirely immune to risk.

You are responsible for protecting exported files and external integrations.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and performance. However, we may:

• Perform maintenance
• Update features
• Modify system architecture

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses risk to the platform
• Required by law

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in settings.

13. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Vrah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for business losses arising from use of generated outputs
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous billing cycle

14. Disclaimer Of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not warrant that:

• Outputs will be error-free
• AI suggestions will meet every requirement
• The platform will be uninterrupted

You use Vrah at your own discretion and risk.

15. Modifications To The Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features
• Add or remove functionalities
• Adjust AI workflows
• Update pricing structures

Material changes will be communicated appropriately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
